The TerraCAT Base from Special Grip Hungary is a specialized, four-wheel drive vehicle designed to act as a mobile crane positioning base. It is compatible with the MovieBird 50' XL and the Scorpio 45' Telescopic Cranes. The vehicle can be used easily and quickly on various locations and stabilizes itself with its four hydraulic legs once positioned. This allows the precise levelling of the crane in a few minutes, ensuring the crane on top is in a stabilized position on any terrain. As the shooting is over, the base can be quickly driven off the set while the crane is still mounted to it, which saves valuable time on the day.
Compatible Cranes: MovieBird 50XL, Scorpio 45'
