The Scorpio 17' is a new three-section light telescopic crane designed for payloads up to 60 Kg in under-slung and 40 Kg in over-slung. It was designed as a longer version of the Scorpio 10' to be the best crane for car shootings or interior sets. The crane has a dolly/base with articulated arms that allows the width to be changed for standard dolly tracks of 62 cm and for 40 cm Scorpio tracks. This allows a very small and compact configuration for taxiing to go through a standard office doorway (80 cm). It also includes a telescopic column that risers-up an extra 36 cm and offers both Electronic and Manual operation modes.
